Asset Management

New Peoples Financial’s Asset Management group is a full-service organization with the financial strength and depth of resources to handle virtually any investor’s needs. Our broad offering of investment solutions is delivered through a comprehensive range of products and strategies that includes mutual fund wraps, multi-strategy accounts, and separately managed accounts.

Underlying our distinctive culture is a commitment to providing consistently superior investment management. We believe that consistency — in our investment processes, research, performance, and client services — is the foundation of our asset management excellence.

New Peoples Financial Services, a Registered Broker/Dealer and Investment Advisor, utilizes a variety of money managers for investment solutions. The use of these money managers is dependent on the asset value, investment style, and investment objectives for each individual investor.

Consultative Brokerage Account

The CBA is a full-service, fee-based program that gives you the freedom to invest in whatever manner you wish for an annual, asset-based fee. This strategy serves to enhance the consultative process, as the financial advisor and the client focus on working together to develop a plan to help you achieve your financial goals.

A wide range of investment vehicles can be selected for these accounts, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and options. Invest in any or all of these securities for one predictable fee. The fee is determined quarterly, in advance, based on the market value of all eligible assets held in the CBA. As the total holdings in the CBA increase, the effective fee rate can be lower. Minimum investment is $50,000.

Multi-Strategy Accounts (MSA)

Diversification is one of the most effective tools investors can utilize in seeking to reduce fluctuations in the overall value of their investment portfolios. To help you achieve diversification suitable to your level of comfort with stock market variance, New Peoples Financial Asset Management has structured eight distinct Multi-Strategy Accounts to meet different investor needs.

An MSA is a variation on a separately managed account that uses the investment strategies of multiple managers to run an investor’s portfolio. With a minimum investment of $150,000, you can have a single account that encompasses multiple investment strategies. The options available contain varying percentages of equity and fixed income investment styles. You can select the account appropriate for your risk preference and investment goals.

Separately Managed Accounts (SMA)

Separately Managed Accounts are individually managed portfolios that are entirely owned by the individual investor — that is, the portfolio manager buys and sells stocks and/or bonds for the portfolio on behalf of the investor. Your assets are not commingled with those of other investors as in mutual funds.

Like mutual funds, Separately Managed Accounts offer the benefits of diversification and professional money management. They also provide several key benefits not found with mutual funds, including customization, personalized tax management, and securities ownership. The all-inclusive fee arrangement covers the services of the portfolio manager, as well as the financial consultant, based on the total value of the portfolio rather than on an individual transactional basis. Minimum investment is $100,000 per portfolio.
