If I can't leave the office during the day, can someone come to my work?
We recognize that many of our client have a hard time getting away from home or work during the day. Contact us to have a representative visit you at your home or office to discuss your investment goals and strategies.
Can I have my own financial advisor, or do I have to deal with several people?
You can select one of our well-qualified representatives to be your financial advisor. If you like, we can assign you someone to work with you to show you all your investment options.
If I don't feel comfortable with my financial advisor, can I change?
As a client of New Peoples Financial, you are a valued customer of New Peoples Bank. We want you to have complete trust in your financial advisor. If you wish to change representatives, we will be only too happy to oblige.
